Ignite the Fire

Terms of Use

Effective: September 10, 2026
Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.itfmentor.com (the “Site”), operated by Ignite the Fire Financial Mentoring, LLC (doing business as “Ignite the Fire”), a Missouri limited liability company (“ITF,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site Is

The Site is an informational marketing website. It describes ITF’s advisory and software services, and lets you contact us or subscribe to our communications.

Nothing on the Site is an offer, a contract, or professional, financial, or legal advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship.

Any engagement with ITF is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties; the Site’s contents do not modify or supplement that agreement.

3. Discovery Form and Submissions

If you submit our discovery form or otherwise contact us through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information and not to submit anyone else’s information without authorization. How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting the form does not obligate either of us to enter into an engagement.

4. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our email list, you consent to receive marketing and educational emails from ITF. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — text, graphics, logos, the “Ignite the Fire” name and marks, layout, and design — are owned by ITF or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, data-mine, frame, or create derivative works from the Site or its contents without our prior written permission, except for ordinary personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of individual pages by link.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site; introduce malware; scrape or harvest data by automated means; or use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current. Any descriptions of services, results, tools, or outcomes on the Site are illustrative and not a promise of any particular result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. ITF’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ITF harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, or update these Terms, at any time. We will change the “Last Updated” date when we revise these Terms; material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
